Cancellation Policy

Please send us a message and fill out the booking form to request your desired dates and menu preferences. We will get back to you promptly to confirm availability and schedule your event. To confirm the reservation a deposit of 1/2 of the final price is required. Deposit may be made with cash in person, local check, Venmo, Square, PayPal or Wix. Fees will apply for all online payments. Once the deposit it received, we will begin the preparations for your event. Rates vary depending on the menu selections. If it is necessary to reschedule, notify Island Organic Cuisine at least 10 days before the scheduled event. We will reschedule your event for the next open availability for your desired dates. If it is necessary to cancel the event, for cancellations made at least 30 days in advance a refund, minus a 20% service fee to cover time invested in preparations of the event, of the deposit will be issued. For cancellations made 14 days before the event, a refund of 2/3 of the deposit will be issued. For cancellations made 72 hours prior to the event will receive a refund of 1/4 of the deposit. For all cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event no refund of the deposit will be issued. If you are planning a retreat or other kind of event that has an unknown number of guests with a minimum requirement for the event to proceed, please communicate with us so we are aware of the circumstances. We understand the nature of such events and are willing to work with facilitators so you do not lose your deposit. Island Organic Cuisine LLC reserves the right to refuse our services to anyone who behaves in an unprofessional manner. We are happy to resolve any unforeseen issues that may arise in a peaceful and respectful way and ask that we receive the same in return. Please let us know any questions, logistics or concerns you may have before booking your event. Menu changes or additional guests must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event.
