Aloha!
Welcome to
Island Organic Cuisine!

ALWAYS ORGANIC & DELICIOUS!
Island Organic Cuisine is your go-to destination for delicious, healthy food. We are a family & farmer-owned business that was inspired by our love for honeybees.
Owner & founder, Jen Rasmussen Lair, has been caring for honeybees since 2008 on the Big Island. She has been an educator for treatment-free beekeeping since 2010, offering private lessons, workshops, classes, and more.
Island Organic Cuisine is the home of Jen's delicious honey-based sauces, dressings, pure raw honey and more!
Co-owner John Lair grows a large variety of crops to stock our mobile kitchen and provide fresh, healthy organic ingredients for our meals.
We research all the ingredients we use to make sure that the food we serve is truly, purely organic and wholesome.
Our goal is to provide you with nutritious and tasty food that you can feel good about eating, served quickly to accommodate your busy lives.
Come visit us at 213 Kalaniana`ole Street, and taste the difference that fresh, organic food can make.
